Another 5 more days before Chap Goh Mei, the Chinese celebrate the new year for 15 days with loved ones all around them - young and old.

This ChinkNewYear was celebrated in both extremes : we spent most of our moolah for our newly renovated apartment. FINALLY, a place we can safely call our own. This year, only got myself ONE new baju and lingerie (red for prosperity). Little Bel is lucky. She gets showered with beautiful gifts from all those around her. Look at the little shoes someone handmade for her!

To compensate for my lack of wardrobe input this year, I spent some time on my nails and wanted to paint Isobel's beautiful nails Russian Red too - but her dad put a stop to ' all that nonsense'. She is hardly 3 months, but she has outgrown most of her 3-6 months dresses. Sigh. MOK MOK lah she. (MOK= My Obese Kid)
