I posed a question on my Whatsapp group chats , and was a bit surprised that my friends weren't too bothered about the Budget 2016 announcement. One was even a financial coach and he had not seen the budget highlights (it was day 5 after the budget was announced)! Many think the Budget is just about the GST. Others didn't care.
