I've always (intentionally) turned a blind eye to any news related to terrorism in my home state.
Why? Because I am afraid. I cannot believe that the peace loving Sabah of mine is being attacked by terrorists up north. The upsetting thing is, was our predecessors (leaders) co-responsible for this with the alleged 'projek IC'?
Whether I like it or not, I need to wake up and face reality.
Our nation is facing so much pain of late. The horrible shooting in Lahad Datu, the kidnappings, MH370 and now MH17.
So much tragedy taking place in our backyard, I'm sorry if I'm not doing more for other nations, when my country needs my help more. Although I do keep all in my doas.
