Yoga in the Sky with Tara Stiles

Had an awesome gig on a helipad nearby AND I got to do Yoga with Strala Yoga founder and owner, Tara Stiles. She's also Reebok's Yoga Ambassador and she is amazing! I love her new style of yoga! Not intimidating and her tunes are so my era (think ole' skool!)
